Making it simpler for you to assess the impact of loyalty efforts over time and across outlets.
Enhanced data visualisation capability across Sales reporting allows you to quickly monitor your sales performance across a more flexible outlet hierarchy structure.
How does it help you?
By comparing time periods, you can gather the information that matters, analyse it to find patterns, see what’s working and what isn’t, and then take action based on those insights.
You shouldn’t need to be a data analyst to read the stories your data is telling you. That’s why we’re continually simplifying our reporting functionality so it’s digestible and empowering.
We know all businesses aren’t structured in the same way, so we’ve given our hierarchical structures a refresh. With our new flexible hierarchy structures, you can view your operational performance across multiple levels in a way that makes sense to you.
How does it work?
You’ll find the Sales tab on the left navigation. You can change the view using the dropdown and date range using the date filter. On the top right of the page you can set the currency you wish to view.
Using the drop down on the top left you can control the level you wish to look at - either at the entire group level, a specific retailer or right down to a specific outlet. On the top right you can set the currency you wish to view (if there are transactions in multiple currencies at the hierarchy level you have chosen). In the middle you can use the calendar view to choose the time period you wish to examine. The filter options selected will apply to all of the data and graphs below.
The first graph shows 3 key metrics:
- Gross Revenue
- The total revenue from all Yoyo payment, Yoyo loyalty only and voucher redemption transactions, including the value of any discounts.
- Total Discount Value
- The total value of the gross revenue that was from discounts
- Discount Percentage
- The percentage of the gross revenue that was from discounts
Gross Revenue and Total Discount Value are also plotted below across the time period selected in the filter. You can control the plot frequency to be either daily, weekly or monthly using the drop down on the top right of the graph. By hovering over any point on the graph you can see the exact values of revenue and discount at that point.
The second graph shows another 3 key metrics:
- Total Transaction Volume
- The total number of Yoyo payments, Yoyo loyalty only and voucher redemption transactions.
- Average Transaction Value
- The average value of each of the transactions from all Yoyo payment, Yoyo loyalty only and voucher redemption transactions, including the value of any discounts.
- Average transactions per customer
- The total number of Yoyo payment, Yoyo loyalty only and voucher redemption transactions divided by the number of unique customers.
Total transaction volume and average transaction value are also plotted below across the time period selected in the filter, by clicking either metric you can change what the graph is displaying. You can control the plot frequency to be either daily, weekly or monthly use the drop down on the top right of the graph. By hovering over any point on the graph you can see the exact values of revenue and discount at that point.
Below the graphs is an outlet table showing each of the metrics above, for each of the outlets, based on the filters. Each column can order ascending or descending by clicking the row title and you can search for an outlet by name using the search icon. By default 10 outlets will show and if there are greater than 10 outlets you can use the page numbers at the bottom to navigate through other pages of outlets.
Next to each of the metrics is a link to view that metric in Insights where further analysis can take place. There is also a “?” which will remind you of the definition of each metric when you hover over it.
