Student Discount

Who is eligible?

To access the Caffè Nero Student Discount, you must:

• Be aged 16 or over.
• Have a Caffè Nero loyalty app account.
• Have a valid student email address ending in .ac.uk.

How to verify your student status

1. Open the Caffè Nero loyalty app and head to Settings.
2. Select Student Verification.
3. Enter your valid .ac.uk email address.
4. Check your inbox and follow the link to verify your email address.

Once your email address has been verified, your Student Discount will be added to your app account.

Using your discount

Your Student Discount entitles you to 15% off all handcrafted drinks at participating Caffè Nero coffeehouses in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

To receive the discount, either:

• Pay using a payment card linked to your Caffè Nero app; or
• Scan the Collect Stamps Only QR code found in the Wallet section of the app before paying.

The Student Discount cannot be used in conjunction with another discount. Additional student offers and rewards may be available throughout the year and will be subject to their own promotional terms.

Membership period

Your verified student membership is valid for one year from the date of verification. Once it expires, you may be asked to verify your eligibility again to continue receiving the discount.

Fair use

The Student Discount is intended for the personal use of the verified account holder. Account activity may be reviewed where unusual or excessive use, sharing of the discount or other misuse is suspected.

Caffè Nero reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and to suspend or remove the Student Discount where appropriate.
