A new Pastry Loyalty Card is coming to the Caffè Nero app this September. It works just like your usual coffee loyalty card: purchase an eligible freshly baked pastry and collect a pastry stamp.
You can collect stamps when you Pay via the App, order through Click & Collect or scan your Collect Stamps Only code. If you purchase more than one eligible pastry in the same transaction, you’ll receive a stamp for each one.
Collect four pastry stamps by 23:59 on 30 September 2026 to complete your card. You’ll then receive a voucher for a pastry on us, redeemable at all Caffè Nero coffeehouses across the UK and Republic of Ireland until 31 October 2026.
Stamps cannot be collected on orders placed through delivery partners, and a paper version of the Pastry Loyalty Card is not available. You will not receive a pastry stamp when redeeming your free pastry voucher.
The voucher cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged for cash or used after its expiry date. All items are subject to availability.
