Our partnership with My Waitrose will soon be coming to an end. From 17 July 2026, customers who have linked their My Waitrose card to the Caffè Nero app will no longer receive My Waitrose linked loyalty benefits.

What does this mean for me?

If you have linked your My Waitrose card to the Caffè Nero app, you can continue to enjoy linked benefits until 17 July 2026.

From this date, My Waitrose linked benefits will no longer be available, including:

• Discounts on selected seasonal menu items

Do I need to do anything?

No, there is nothing you need to do. Your Caffè Nero account will remain active, and you can continue using the app as normal.

You will still have access to Caffè Nero loyalty benefits, including:

• Birthday treats
• Golden stamp promotions on new launches
• Seasonal offers and discounts

When will this happen?

We will begin informing customers about this change from 2 June 2026, with My Waitrose linked benefits ending on 17 July 2026.

I have a linked My Waitrose card. Can I still use my benefits?

Yes. If your My Waitrose card is linked to the Caffè Nero app, you can continue using eligible linked benefits up to and including 17 July 2026.
