How do I pay with the Neal Street Rewards app?

There are 2 methods of payment in the app, depending on the merchant so please refer to the merchants section of the app to see how to earn loyalty.

1. Ensure your Card, Apple/ Google Pay are linked in the app and simply pay using that card at your favourite stores.

2. Simply scan the payment QR code at the till scanner. The card you linked to your app will be charged and your loyalty rewards will automatically be added to your app.

   1. You can also let the till operator know that you are paying with the app so they can select the relevant buttons on their till.
