If you encounter a payment issue, you can request a refund directly at the outlet where the transaction was made. Provided you are eligible for a refund, the till operator will be able to process it through your Teya (formerly Yoyo)-powered app’s QR code.
If your purchase was through a Self-Serve Kiosk or was an order through Click and Collect or Order to Table, please contact rewardshelp@teya.com regarding your refund.
