Vitality Member Benefits Updates

Vitality members’ weekly benefits have been updated. As of the 1st of July 2024, Vitality
members will still be able to get a 25% discount on Coffee at Home,
but their free drink voucher will now be limited to barista-made drinks or Innocent
Smoothies only.

Additionally, Vitality customers will no longer receive a stamp with their voucher, but
they can still earn a stamp if they bring in their own reusable cup.

Vitality members also still have access to the Vitality Healthy Food Menu. Please see
below on what this entails!

How it works:

• Vitality members will receive 50% discount when purchasing anything from the Vitality Healthy Food Menu range when paying via the Caffè Nero App. In addition to this food benefit, members can now redeem their ‘Vitality Coffee In-Store’ voucher for any Innocent drink product.

• Porridge (including all milk alternatives and toppings)

How to claim your Vitality member discount?

• 50% will be discounted automatically for any item from the menu when paying using the Caffè Nero App with a linked payment card, or when scanning the ‘Collect Stamps Only’ barcode.
• Innocent drinks can be redeemed using the standard ‘Vitality Coffee In-Store’ voucher.
