Redeeming online
Visit www.onlineshop.caffenero.com (via the App or online), browse the store and add the items to your ‘Cart’. At Checkout, login via ‘Caffe Nero App Customers’ button using your app credentials. At ‘Payment’ please select ‘Caffe Nero’ and your 25% discount will be applied all qualifying items in your basket. Please note you will need to checkout with the payment card linked to you Caffe Nero/Neal Street Rewards account.
Redeeming in store
Your 25% discount will be automatically applied to any item from the ‘Coffee at Home’ range (excluding Giftcards, KeepCups and rCups) when paying using the Caffe Nero App in store.
Please note that you won’t receive 25% off Coffee at Home discount if you didn’t earn enough points the week prior. So, if you received your Vitality Handcrafted Drink voucher – you will be eligible to earn the ‘Coffee at Home’ discount in that same week.
