If you are experiencing any issues with your app, please try the steps below:
1. Check your internet connection - while a 4G/3G connection should work, a public Wifi could for example lead to issues in this case.
2. Refresh your app (i.e. close it in the background of your phone) OR log out and back in again - this will effectively restart your session.
3. Delete the app and reinstall it to make sure you're on the latest version and there are no glitches with your app.
For steps 2 and 3 please make sure that you log back in using the same email address that you have used to create your account, and that you do not create a new app account.
