If you used one or more vouchers within a Click & Collect/Mobile Ordering order that was declined by the store, a brand new voucher/s will automatically be added back to your account.
Please allow for up to 1 business day to see the new voucher/s in your app. If your vouchers were not returned to your account - you are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As this is a relatively new feature, we are still ironing out some glitches. We will do our best to sort these issues out as soon as possible.
