I made a purchase but didn’t receive my points

If the retailer you have transacted at has an active point scheme, but yours have not appeared after making a transaction please try the steps below: 

  • Check your internet connection - poor connection (oftencase with public wifi) might delay loyalty appearing in your app.
  • Reset the app to to refresh it. 

If your points don’t appear, please contact us at support@yoyowallet.com and send us the following details: 

  • A receipt (if possible) 
  • Where and when the transaction took place
  • The amount spent
