Gift Cards are now available on the Caffè Nero loyalty app

Great news! You can now link, top up, buy or send a gift card via the loyalty app.

LINK A GIFT CARD

If you’ve received a physical or e-gift card, you can now link this directly to your Caffè Nero app wallet and use it for spending in any Caffè Nero coffeehouse.  

HOW TO LINK:

Head to ‘Settings’ on your menu bar and select ‘Gift Cards’.

Then select ‘LINK A GIFT CARD’.

Once you’ve entered your gift card number and eight-digit pin, you’ll be able to add your card.

Your gift card will automatically appear in your ‘WALLET’ where you can check the balance. When you want to pay using your gift card, simply scan the QR code and your gift card value display.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where can I find my eight-digit pin?

You’ll find your eight-digit pin on the back of your physical card, or within the confirmation email of your e-gift card. For security reasons on your physical card, you’ll need to scratch the card to reveal your pin.

Can I top up my existing gift card?

You certainly can! Scroll down to find instructions on topping up your gift card.

Can I earn loyalty by using a gift card?

Yes, you can earn loyalty on each transaction of a hand-crafted drink when you make a purchase with your gift card.

How can I see my gift card balance?

There’s two ways to check your balance. You can either go to your ‘WALLET’ where you can select your gift card and balance. Alternatively, if you head to ‘gift card’ within the ‘SETTINGS’ menu and select ‘TOP UP A GIFT CARD’ you’ll be able to see your registered card and the remaining balance.

Can I use the remainder of my gift card balance, and the rest with my linked card?

That’s not a problem. When you are ready to pay, just explain to your barista you’d like to use your gift card and pay the remainder either via your app or another payment method.
