1.This Promotion is open to Members of the Caffè Nero Loyalty scheme who are residents of the united States aged 18 or over, excluding the Promoters agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2.Purchase is necessary. Internet access, the Caffè Nero Loyalty App and a valid email address are required.
3.Promotion Period: Participate and claim between 00:01 GMT on the 1 October 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 9 November 2026 inclusive.
4.How To Enter, Participate & Claim:
(a)Maze with Loyalty Stamp Collection: Download the Caffè Nero App and create an account. Make any purchase at any Caffè Nero US outlet (excludes voucher redemptions or partner vouchers), pay for your purchase via the app or scan ‘collect stamps’ to enter the Stampede Game in the App. Click the ‘Let’s Go’ button to play the maze to capture up to three (3) stamps or one Mystery Box. Find a Mystery Box and open it to reveal if you have won a Prize. Follow the details on screen to claim your prize.
(b)Mystery Box: Download the Caffè Nero App and create an account. Make any purchase at any Caffè Nero US outlet (excludes voucher redemptions or partner vouchers), pay for your purchase via the app or scan ‘collect stamps’ to play the Stampede Game in the App. Click on the ‘Try My Luck’ button to open the Mystery Box and reveal if you have won a Prize. Follow the details on screen to claim your prize.
5.Maximum of 1 App game play is permitted per purchase during the Promotion Period.
6.The Prize & Rewards:
(a)Maze with Stamps or Mystery Box: There are a maximum of three golden stamps to be won in this maze. If you successfully catch the Mystery Box in this maze, you will be able to win a Prize as outlined below in Clause 6b.
(b)Mystery Box: There is a maximum of 1,110,000 Prizes to be won and will be allocated randomly.
(i)1,100,000 x 1 golden bonus stamp
(ii) 10,000 Freshly Baked Pastry vouchers

(i)1 golden bonus stamp will reflect in the Caffè Nero digital loyalty card.
(ii)Freshly Baked Pastry
(A)The winner will receive this in the form of a in-app voucher.
(B)The winner will have a choice of Pastry, subject to availability. This does not include any other baked goods (i.e. Muffins, Cookies, Brownies)
(C)This voucher expires in 7 days and can be redeemed in any coffeehouse across the United States, subject to availability.
(D)The voucher cannot be exchanged for another item or cash equivalent.
8.Mystery Box Winner Selection: The Prizes have been made available to be won by an independent algorithm process which will award a Prize immediately if a winner is selected. Due to the nature of the promotion, although all prizes are made available to be won, not all prizes will be won. If all Prizes are won, additional Prizes will be generated based on the same ratios and odds of winning.
9.Mystery Box Winner Notification & Prize Acceptance: The winners will be notified immediately whether or not they are a winner on the App. Prizes will be automatically added to your Caffè Nero account once you have completed the game. Golden Bonus Stamp Claiming: Stamps will be automatically added to your Caffè Nero digital loyalty card once you have completed the game.
10.The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you participate in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Reward may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
(a)Verify the eligibility of claimants through multiple means by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Reward may be withheld until verification is completed.
(b)Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
(c)Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
(d)Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.
(e)Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
(f)Disqualify claimants who tamper with the entry process.
(g)Review or suspend claimants account in line with the App terms of use;
(h)Disqualify claimants which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
(i)Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
11.The Prizes and Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
12.No responsibility can be taken for Prizes or Rewards which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Caffè Nero App.
13.The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20238) or accepting or using a Reward(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
14.The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
15.All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 16.If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
17.By claiming, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
18.If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
19.These Terms & Conditions are governed by United States law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
