If the store you have transacted at has an active stamp card scheme, but yours have not appeared after making a transaction please try the steps below:
- Check your internet connection - poor connection (oftencase with public wifi) might delay loyalty appearing in your app.
- Reset the app to to refresh it.
If your stamps don’t appear, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us the following details:
- A receipt (if possible)
- Where and when the transaction took place
- The amount spent
