What can I do if I don't recognise a Neal Street transaction on my bank statement?

If you see a Neal Street Rewards charge that you do not recognise on your bank statement, please check the following:

• Do you have a Neal Street-powered app on your phone? Neal Street Rewards is the technology partner of multiple high street retailers and payments made through those apps are processed by Neal Street Rewards. Please find more information about Neal Street-powered apps in the Getting Started section
• Do you share your card details with anyone else (spouse, children etc)? If so, ask them first if they have created an account on a Neal Street-powered app to which they could have linked your card.
