No - you can use a single account for all Neal Street-powered apps. All you need to do is log into your app with the same email address and password used to create an account on your original Neal Street-powered app.
Neal Street Tech currently powers the in-store app experiences for:
- Caffè Nero (UK, Ireland) through the Caffè Nero App
- Harris + Hoole through the Harris + Hoole App
- Coffee#1 through the App
- 200 Degrees through the 200 Degrees App
- PAUL UK through the PAUL UK App
- Coffee House through the Coffee House App
To use a Neal Street-powered app, download the chosen app from your native app store and create an account. The same Neal Street account can be used to log into the Neal Street Rewards app as well as any other Neal Street Tech-powered apps.
When this is done, simply scan the QR code in your app to securely pay and instantly receive digital stamps, points or vouchers based on the loyalty schemes made available by the retailer. Your itemised digital receipts will be stored directly in your app.
