How do I claim a voucher?

Claiming a voucher that someone shared with you couldn’t be easier; all you need to do is tap on the link you received. You will then be taken in-app to confirm you want to claim this voucher, and that’s it, the voucher will be yours.

If the friend who sent you a voucher redeems it before you’ve had the chance to claim it, you won’t be able to claim the voucher anymore. Similarly, if the same voucher is sent to multiple people, the first person who claims the voucher gets to use it.

If you experience issues when clicking on the link you received, please check your internet connection and make sure you are running on the latest version of the app to ensure the voucher is properly delivered.
