Autumn Challenge – Terms & Conditions

• Promotion valid from 02/09/26 until 04/10/26
• Promotion only available with the Coffee#1 Loyalty App
• Promotion available to UK-based Coffee#1 Loyalty App users
• The Autumn Challenge operates via a separate promotional stamp card within the Coffee#1 Loyalty App
• Customers must collect 6 Autumn Challenge stamps during the promotional period to complete the challenge
• Maximum one completed Autumn Challenge and one reward voucher per person

Qualifying products

Autumn Challenge stamps can be collected when purchasing the following qualifying products:

• Ham & Cheese Croissant
• Breakfast Bagel
• Chicken Tikka Flatbread
• Chicken Pesto Panini
• Matcha Cortado
• Cortado
• Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte
• Caramel Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
• Sticky Toffee Pudding
• Caramel Apple Pie
• Almond & Black Cherry Bakewell
• Salted Caramel Brownie

How to collect stamps

• Customer must purchase a qualifying product and scan the Coffee#1 Loyalty App at the till
• One Autumn Challenge stamp will be awarded for each qualifying product purchased
• A maximum of one stamp can be collected per qualifying product. Purchasing the same qualifying product more than once will not earn additional Autumn Challenge stamps for that product
• Autumn Challenge stamps are collected separately from the customer’s standard Coffee#1 loyalty stamp card
• Stamps will be applied automatically once the Coffee#1 Loyalty App is scanned

Reward

• Customers who collect 6 Autumn Challenge stamps during the promotional period will receive one Autumn Challenge Free Cake Voucher
• The voucher will be automatically added to the customer’s Coffee#1 app wallet
• The reward voucher can be redeemed against any cake available in-store
• The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Customer must scan the voucher at the till to redeem their free cake
• Maximum one reward voucher per person

Promotion expiry

• The Autumn Challenge and the ability to collect promotional stamps will end on 04/10/26
• Any incomplete Autumn Challenge stamp cards will expire and be cleared from the app when the promotion ends
• Any stamps collected on an incomplete card have no value after the promotion has ended
• Autumn Challenge stamps cannot be transferred, exchanged or carried over to another promotional or standard loyalty stamp card
• Reward vouchers already earned before the end of the promotion will remain valid for 30 days from their date of issue

Other terms

• Qualifying products and reward cakes are subject to availability
• No cash alternative – Autumn Challenge stamps and reward vouchers have no cash value
• Lost, deleted or expired promotional stamps or vouchers cannot be reissued
• The reward voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• Coffee#1 reserves the right to refuse participation or redemption where misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected
• Coffee#1 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion where necessary
