I've updated to the new app - why can't I use it in my local shop yet?

Some shops will be waiting for their tills to be updated when the new app launches. As the new app won’t work on the tills until they’ve been updated, there may be a brief period where you’ll not be able to collect stamps or use your vouchers. But our shop teams will be able to provide guidance and information about when they expect to be ready to accept the app at tills. And as a thank you for your patience, you'll get a free drink on the new app once it's ready and you complete your first purchase.
