How do I set up and reset my passcode?

Setting your passcode

On registration you will have to set up a 4-digit Passcode. This is an extra layer of security that was implemented to protect your account. If your device is equipped with fingerprint authentication, setting the passcode will enable that feature on your Neal Street Rewards app. When opening the app, you will then be able to either use your fingerprint or your passcode. 

Changing your passcode

To modify your passcode, go to Settings > Passcode > Change Passcode. 

Removing your Passcode 

If you no longer want to use the passcode to access your app,  click on Settings > Passcode > Remove Passcode. Finger authentication will be disabled as well as the passcode. 

Forgotten Passcode 

When you open the app, you will see a dialogue box to use fingerprint authentication. Click on cancel to access the passcode screen. Click on "Forgot your passcode". You will be redirected to another page where you will have to enter your password in order to reset your passcode.
