Spin the Wheel Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
Spin the Wheel Promotion is only available at the Brighton store on your first paid transaction. Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over. Employees of Coffee#1 or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.

Promotion Period
7th July 2025 (00:01 GMT) to 27th July 2025 (23:59 GMT).

How to Enter

1. Purchase any barista-prepared hot or cold drink at Coffee#1 using the Coffee#1 App (available free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
2. Once your transaction is complete, tap the on-screen wheel to find out instantly if you’ve won a prize.
3. Voucher redemptions and gift card payments are excluded.
4. One entry per qualifying transaction. 

* All prizes are pre-allocated and randomly awarded via the Coffee#1 App.
* Example prize: Free #1 Drink in Brighton.
* Winners will be notified immediately within the app. Vouchers or stamps will be awarded instantly.
* Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
* In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.
Additional Terms

* Normal entry restrictions apply.
* Internet access is required.
* By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
* Winners may be asked to participate in publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.
* The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
* The Promoter may disqualify any entry deemed to have tampered with or abused the entry process.
* No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete, illegible, late, or corrupted entries.
* Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted.
* All entries must be made directly by the individual entering the promotion.
* Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with our privacy policy.
* The Promoter accepts no liability for damage, loss, or injury resulting from entry into the promotion or acceptance of any prize.
* The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

These terms are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
