Why was my order declined?

Your order was declined because the staff were not able to prepare it for you, e.g. insufficient stock or limited staff capacity.

You will not be charged for any declined orders. If you used a voucher for your order, the voucher will automatically be added back to your account within 1 business day.

Please contact our support team at support@yoyowallet.com if your voucher was not returned to your account after a few days.
