Why am I sent to the screen requiring me to link my two accounts when I’m trying to make a purchase? (UK only)

If you are having trouble linking your accounts, please check your mobile app to verify that you have added your first and last name to your account.

You can check this, and add your name if required, by performing the below steps

  • open the Caffe Nero app
  • Tap on Settings
  • Tap on My Details (iPhone users) or Manage My Account (Android users)
  • Tap the Edit button near the Name section
  • Add your first name and last name
  • Press “Save” or “Done”

Your name details should now be saved. If not, please confirm that the device is connected to the internet at the time of editing.
