Can I rate the service I received at the store?

After having made a purchase through the app, you might be asked for feedback from selected retailers. We offer retailers the option to ask for feedback to know what to improve on and ultimately, to ensure they provide you with the best in-store experience possible.

If and when you provide feedback on a visit, none of your personal data is shared with the retailer, and your feedback remains anonymous.

Please note that no opt-in is required to ask for feedback as it is considered to be market research rather than marketing communications.
