My order was cancelled by the venue. How do I get a refund?

If your order is cancelled by the venue, you will need to go to venue and present your Yoyo-powered app at the till where the till operator will be able to perform a manual refund directly through your app. In the near future you will receive a refund immediately to the payment card that you linked to your Yoyo-powered app - although this functionality is not quite ready yet it is currently being built and will soon be available.
