What can I do if I don't recognise a Yoyo transaction on my bank statement?

If you see a Yoyo Wallet charge that you do not recognise on your bank statement, please check the following:

  • Do you have a Yoyo-powered app on your phone? Yoyo Wallet is the technology partner of multiple high street retailers and payments made through those apps are processed by Yoyo Wallet. Please find more information about Yoyo-powered apps in the Getting Started section.
  • Do you share your card details with anyone else (spouse, children etc)? If so, ask them first if they have created an account on a Yoyo-powered app to which they could have linked your card.
