Why was my voucher declined?

Vouchers are typically declined if the product you are trying to purchase is not included, or if you are trying to redeem a voucher at an outlet which is not participating in the offer. You can check the terms and conditions of use set by the retailer issuing the voucher by viewing the voucher’s description in your app. In order to check which outlets a voucher can be redeemed at, please tap on “Available at the following outlets” within the voucher description.
