I made a qualifying transaction but haven't received anything

The app may need a moment or two to update so don't worry if you don’t see anything straight away.

You may need to reset the app (that is to say close it in the background of your phone) for the egg hunt screen to properly appear and please make sure that your device is properly connected to the Internet when you do so.

Please note that you will not be entered into the egg hunt when redeeming a voucher.
