How can I deactivate my Teya Rewards (formerly Yoyo) account?

We’re sorry to hear you wish to deactivate your account.

There are two ways you can deactivate your Teya Rewards (formerly Yoyo) account:

  1. You can request it directly from your app under Settings > Manage My Account > Delete Account
  2. Or you can email us your request at rewardshelp@teya.com

By deleting your account, you will no longer have access to any Teya (formerly Yoyo)-powered apps and the loyalty linked to the Teya Rewards (formerly Yoyo) account and will also not be able to create another account with the same login details. 

If you still wish to use your app but have some questions, please contact our Support team via the Help Centre in your app or by emailing us at rewardshelp@teya.com.
