We’re sorry to hear you wish to deactivate your account.
There are two ways you can deactivate your Teya Rewards (formerly Yoyo) account:
- You can request it directly from your app under Settings > Manage My Account > Delete Account
- Or you can email us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org
By deleting your account, you will no longer have access to any Teya (formerly Yoyo)-powered apps and the loyalty linked to the Teya Rewards (formerly Yoyo) account and will also not be able to create another account with the same login details.
