How can I deactivate my Neal Street Rewards account?

We’re sorry to hear you wish to deactivate your account.

There are two ways you can deactivate your Neal Street Rewards account:

  1. You can request it directly from your app under Settings > Manage My Account > Delete Account
  2. Or you can email us your request at support@nealstreet.tech

By deleting your account, you will no longer have access to any Neal Street Rewards-powered apps and the loyalty linked to the Neal Street Rewards account and will also not be able to create another account with the same login details. 

If you still wish to use your app but have some questions, please contact our Support team via the Help Centre in your app or by emailing us at support@nealstreet.tech.
