In order to transact via any Teya (formerly Yoyo)-powered app, you need to attach a payment method to your account. We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Linking a card to the app will not disrupt any existing programs run by your card provider (such as cashback, Air Miles etc.).
If you haven’t linked a card to your account, simply go into your app wallet and select “Link Card”. You can also do this via Settings > Account > Payment Methods.
To update or remove your payment method, go to Settings > Account > Payment Methods and select your previous card and delete it from your account. Re-add your card with the new details to your account.
