I picked up multiple loyalty cards. What do I do?

Have you picked up more than one Yoyo-powered loyalty card?

If you have more than one Yoyo-powered loyalty card (from one or multiple retailers), you can simply transfer the loyalty accrued from multiple cards to the app.

Just head to the settings menu and select “Add a Loyalty Card” where you will be prompted to scan your loyalty card and enter its 3-digit PIN to transfer the loyalty you have accrued on it to the app. Please note that the card will be deactivated right after you have transferred its loyalty over to your account, and you can dispose of that card.

If you are unable to add a loyalty card to the app from the settings menu, please make sure you are running on the latest version of the app.
