To Enter: Pay for your next barista-prepared drink in Caffè Nero using the Caffè Nero app (available free on the App store and Google Play). Then, tap the cracker that appears on your screen to find out instantly if you have won a festive treat. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounted purchase; entries will not be granted by voucher redemptions, including partner vouchers and any other discount. Gift Card redemptions can be used in conjunction with this promotion. 

1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 years or over.

2. Purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.

3. Promotion Period: 00:01 GMT on 7^th November 2024 to 23.59 GMT on 31^st December 2024.

To Enter: Pay for any barista prepared hot or cold drink in Caffè Nero using the Caffè Nero App (available free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store). Once the purchase is complete, tap the cracker that appears on screen to reveal if you have won a festive treat. Follow details on screen to claim your prize. You may enter the promotion multiple times. 1 Cracker entry per transaction. Voucher redemptions are excluded.

4. Winner Selection: All prizes have been randomly allocated within the Caffè Nero app which has been verified by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. All prizes are available to be won.

6. Winners will be notified immediately via the Caffè Nero app if they have won.

7. Digital prizes will be distributed via email within 28 days of the winner accepting the prize. Physical prizes can only be sent to the country of residence stated in clause 1. Where any prizes have a longer lead time, the winner will be notified of the anticipated delivery date via the email address registered with the winner’s account. If a 3^rd party prize redemption request form is not completed within 28 days of receipt, it will be forfeited and re-distributed into the prize pot.

8. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternative to the prizes are available in whole or in part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative reward of equal or greater value.

9. By entering, winners agree to participate in any publicity arranged by the Promoter or by its agencies.

10. If you are the winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

11. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted that they are bound by the terms and conditions. Voucher redemptions are excluded.

12. If things go wrong and, despite the Promoter’s best endeavours, they are unable to administer the Promotion fairly or properly, The Promoter and their affiliated companies are not responsible and have the right to cancel or change the Promotion. They will only do this in exceptional circumstances. The Promoter also has the right to disqualify a participant if they tamper or abuse the entry process and they will not be entitled to the prize if they have acted fraudulently or dishonestly.

13. No liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries.

14. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the running of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your explicit consent. 15. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.

16. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. 

17. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.

18. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.

19. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or England and Wales.

1. You can redeem the John Lewis Partnership gift card or e-gift card in John Lewis & Partners or Waitrose & Partners UK and Channel Island shops. You can also use it to purchase food and drink in our catering units (excludes third-party outlets in John Lewis & Partners shops), and for goods over the telephone or online at johnlewis.com or waitrose.com as part or full payment.
2. 4. Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
5. The gift card will expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Buying a product or making a balance enquiry refreshes the 24-month expiry period. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.
6. Gift cards can be purchased in our shops with a minimum value of £1 (£10 online). Gift cards and e-gift cards have a maximum value of £500.
7. Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards or e-gift cards.
8. If you are using a gift card or e-gift card online and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.
9. Where goods you have purchased with a gift card or e-gift card in our shops are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to a gift card.
10. If you return an item bought online using a gift card or e-gift card, usually we’ll refund the amount to an e-gift card. You can also return the item in store. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. If you place an order at waitrose.com using a gift card or e-gift card and subsequently cancel the order before delivery, monies owing will be refunded to your gift card or e-gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
13. We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so

Utc.Travel

Prize: Holiday worth £2,500
The prize is an annual membership to utc.travel and travel credit valued at £2,500 which can be used to book a holiday through utc.travel.

• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize is available.
• By entering this competition you agree to your contact details being shared with utc.travel ltd to fulfil this prize.
• The travel credit is subject to utc.travel’s standard booking terms and conditions and must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
