This error message is displayed on your app when our payment provider does not recognise the card you are trying to link.
Please check that the CVC code (the last digits at the back of your card) and all the details you have entered are correct.
Make sure that your timezone and date are set to UK GMT.
If this problem persists, try logging out and back in, or alternatively delete and reinstall the Yoyo app, and then try to link your payment card.
