My payment was declined but I have funds in my account?

We use a payment provider called Stripe, they are ultimately responsible for the transactions between Yoyo and your bank. Sometimes banks can have an overzealous fraud system in place which will say no to all the little transactions that may look unordinary. When this happens the bank will simply reject the request and Stripe will pin a blocked status to the transaction. Its best to speak to our support team about this, but 9/10 times its completely down to your bank.
