How do I verify my identity? (KYC)

If you have been asked by email to verify your identity, we kindly ask that you email us to support@yoyowallet.com a photo or a scanned image of:

  • One valid ID (Driving License, Passport or National Identity Card)
  • One valid proof of address (Utility bill or a bank/credit/debit statement dated within the last 3 months, and containing your address - feel free to censor sensitive information!)

 

We will give you plenty of notice to send us the necessary documentation, but failure to do this will mean we have to suspend your account! If we block your account, as soon as you send us the documents we can lift the block.
