Why haven't my points updated?

Like we said, you’ll collect points on everything you spend with Yoyo, so it’s not that we’ve decided not to give you any this time. This is probably due to the app failing to update the points, in rare occasions there will be a slight delay in updating loyalty, but this can be fixed by making sure that you’ve updated to the most recent version of Yoyo wallet.
