My points / stamps have disappeared

Don’t worry! This is usually caused by inadvertently creating an account and logging into the wrong account. There  won't be any transactions on the new account, therefore no points.

If this is the case you will simply need to logout and then log back into the account you created to register on your Yoyo-powered app in the first place. The loyalty stamps, vouchers and points you have accumulated are not attached to your device, but to your app account.
