If you encounter any payment issues (overcharge, double charge etc.), you can request a refund directly at the till at the outlet where you transacted. The till operators will be able to process a refund directly through your Yoyo app.
If the cashier has agreed to give you a refund, scan the QR code shown on the home screen of the app against the Yoyo accepting device at the till. Your refund will come through as Yoyo credit.
